This lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located in the very quiet and centrally located Lake Village condo complex. This condo is a duplex style and shares one half of it’s walls (and driveway) with the neighbor next door. It is 3 levels so you’ll need to be prepared to walk up and down stairs at this home but it is well worth it! There is a bedroom and bathroom on each level making this great for 3 couples or a family. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms have King sized beds! The 3rd floor is the main living area with an updated kitchen, living room, deck and gas grill. There is also another small TV area downstairs for the kids. There are multiple Smart TVs for all of your streaming needs. Come check out this family friendly home with lots of community amenities!

COUNTY RENTAL LAWS
(Pertains to all homes in Tahoe)
1. 9pm - 7am is the county quiet time for all rentals
2. Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside
3. We cannot host extra people at this home or allow parties.
4. No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt.

IMPORTANT - please read before booking!
- When you first arrive, you will need to go to the HOA office located on Clubhouse ave to get 2 parking passes which will need to be displayed in your vehicles at all times. Their hours are from 10am - 8pm daily.
- The community amenities are run by the HOA and therefore we cannot guarantee their availability or their cost. The pool is open from May to October and kept at 83 degrees. Please see the Lake Village website or office for latest information.
- This condo is 3 stories. You have to walk up one full flight of stairs to reach the front door. There is a bedroom and bathroom on each level but the main living area is on the 3rd floor.
- The garage is not for guest use and is used to store owner items therefore the door on the ground level leading to the garage is also not for guest use.
- This home shares walls and a driveway with the unit next door. This is a separately owned home to which we do not manage. Please be a good neighbor while here and keep the noise level down. Do not park on their side of the driveway. Parking for 1 car on driveway and 1 car on the road across from the unit parallel to the road.
- This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. In Tahoe, it’s so quiet at night that you could hear a pin drop. As a result, we prefer to host quiet groups that will abide by all of the county laws. We appreciated it!
- We recommend that all of our lovely guests purchase travel insurance, as we normally do not refunds for COVID, smoke, fires, weather, road closures, etc. 
- This home, like most in Tahoe, does not have AC but we do provide fans.
- Lake Tahoe is a high-risk fire area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, smoking/improper disposal of cigarette butts and charcoal BBQs are STRICTLY prohibited.
- Bears and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up when you leave the home, lock your car doors and view from afar.
- Spiders, cobwebs and little mountain mice are common in the mountains. 
- During the Winter, please carry chains and check CalTrans for road conditions.
- The BBQ is not serviced in the winter due to the low temperatures and high snow levels.
- You will pay for an “Accidental Damage Waiver Policy”. You are covered for anything seen as accidental and anything seen as neglectful you may be charged for. It’s best to let us know when damage occurs.
- Most of our homes have exterior only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance but we do consider our guest’s privacy at all times.
- If you are in anyway not satisfied, please text our local team as we prefer to handle issues when you are here to ensure your stay with us exceeds expectations!
- “If you can’t say anything nice, don’t say anything at all.” Same is true for reviews. We ask that you have some grace and compassion when leaving them. We will do the same for you. Remember, this is someone’s home before it is a rental. Very appreciated!

Please let us know 24 hours prior to check out, if you wish to request a late check out. First hour is free then $25/hour after that, not to exceed 1pm. Please note our cleaners sometimes travel for up to 1 hour to clean this home so please respect the 10am check out time. They arrive promptly at 10am.

  1. -By booking this home you agree to the county rental laws and the following house rules. Failure to abide by any of the below items may result in an eviction with no refund. We don’t like doing it but in order to keep our owners rental permits, sometimes it has to be done. We appreciate your understanding on the matter. We do partner with a local security company to handle such matters. Message us if you have any questions.
  2. -Strictly no hot tub use after 10pm - only if -applicable
  3. -10pm - 8am is the county quiet time for all -rentals
  4. -Trash goes into the bear box only and is not to be left outside
  5. -We cannot host extra people or allow parties
  6. -No extra cars, parking on the street OR on the dirt
  7. -No smoking on the premises and especially no flicking cigarette butts
  8. -No open flame fires, fire works, bonfires, etc due to high fire risk
  9. -No yelling, fighting or other loud noise that could disturb the neighbors
  10. -No pets unless the home is specifically pet friendly. We do host service animals unless the owners are allergic as it is then a health and safety issue. Please contact us to double check
