Incline Village Mountain Golf Course, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and the public recreation areas of Speedboat Beach, Sand Harbor Beach, and Kings Beach are just minutes from your front door offering endless opportunities for hitting the links, racing down challenging slopes, hiking on pristine trails, or spending long days on the beach. While you fill each day with new, exciting adventures, tranquil evenings will be waiting for you back at the homes surrounded by woodsy charm, ideal for an extended family vacation or a couple’s retreat.

Both homes offer spacious yet cozy living rooms, a welcome retreat for your body and mind with comfortable sofa seating, large smart TVs, and cozy fireplaces offering a warm, ambient option in the cooler months. In the warmer months, private balconies offer an abundance of fresh forest air and seating for quiet moments observing nature. While you can easily head out to check out the delicious local dining options, fully equipped kitchens provide the opportunity to show off your culinary skills, featuring stainless steel appliances and modern cookware, dining ware, and utensils. Incline Recline

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and a private balcony.
Bedroom #2 includes 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed in bunk format as well as a standalone full size futon. The room also includes a smart TV.

The home includes a full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, as well as a half bathroom.

Incline Moonlight Ridge

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, twin size futon, smart TV, and a private balcony.
Bedroom #2 includes 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed in a bunk format.

The home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo, as well as a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in each home.
• Portable fans and extra comforters & throw blankets are available in each home. Homes are also equipped with a humidifier for optimum comfort.
• Guest do not have access to the private beaches but they can access the rec center pool, pickle ball courts, and the golf courses without a rec pass.
• Driveway and garage parking available for up to 5 vehicles total. Additional street parking is available for 2 vehicles by the bear box area.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, 75 lbs. or less. An additional fee of $35 per day will be required. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet. Please do not allow your pet to use the porch as a bathroom.
• These homes are each equipped with 2 outdoor cameras: a Ring doorbell camera monitoring the front entrance, and a Ring camera over the garage looking out onto the driveway.
• 4WD/traction may be required during winter months.
