The open floor plan seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen, creating a perfect space for preparing meals together. Boasting ample counter space, a kitchen cart ideal for entertaining, a dishwasher, an ice maker, and a double-door refrigerator, the kitchen is sure to inspire your inner chef.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four inviting bedrooms, and the loft space:

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a California king size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin/twin bunk beds.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed.

Two full bathrooms provide ample space for everyone to get ready for the day, ensuring a smooth and relaxing morning routine.

Conveniently situated near various attractions, this home is just a short drive from amenities like beaches, biking trails, casinos, and downtown Truckee. Indulge in classic American fare at Jax At The Tracks, or explore shopping options at The Village at Squaw Valley, both within a few minutes drive. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to hiking trails, ski lifts, and Lake Tahoe for endless recreational opportunities.

1 NPOA Recreation Center pass is included, which provides amenities such as Swimming Pools (Lap Pool and Spas open year-round), a fitness center, and pickleball/tennis courts (Summer Only). Per day entrance fee. Contact NPOA for current hours of operation and rates.
