Tahoma is the perfect destination for a vacation to Lake Tahoe regardless of the season you visit. This 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom vacation home is located in a great area for accessing both the beach and the slopes. You are only 7-minutes away from Sugar Pine Point Beach and just 5-minutes away from the Homewood Ski Resort.

The inside of this rental features an open floor plan. Visitors enter into a cozy living room furnished with comfortable seating options gathered around a Smart TV with cable, DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace. All the TV's are Smart TV so watch your favorite Netflix and Hulu specials. WIFI is also readily equipped throughout the home for your entertainment.

The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances, a drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, and a slow cooker. The spacious counters also allow for extra prep and serving space. Enjoy slow mornings at home with your morning brew as you pack a delicious lunch to bring to the beach. Don’t forget to add your beverages to the fridge beforehand to have some refreshing drinks waiting when you get home! Beside the living room, enjoy the bar seating for 6 + 2 extra bar stools that can be added.

Enjoy outdoor cookouts on the front patio during the spring and summertime. The deck is clad with a picnic table alongside a BBQ (the BBQ may not be available during the winter months). Dine, drink, and unwind outside while enjoying the gorgeous forest views.

Both bathrooms are newly renovated. The first floor for all guests to share and the half bathroom is located upstairs.

THINGS TO NOTE
We are proud to say our home is accessible in many ways for those with disabilities and special services. However, we are sorry to say that one of us is extremely allergic to dog and cat hair. We ask that you consider this prior to booking, as we will have to require an additional fee for a more specialized cleaning to avoid potential harm to us.

- A security with video recording and is located on the exterior of the home, attached to the siding.

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Amazing cabin with modern amenities

Awesome place to stay!

This was our first VRBO stay and it couldn’t have been better! Ideal location, cozy rooms, everything we needed to cook at home and stay safe during this time. The only glitch was not being warned about the electric fence over the doors. Called management and they were super helpful! Would absolutely come again!
