This home is nestled in Regal Palms, an exclusive community with its own pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor bar, outdoor tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, children’s playground and more! There’s something for everyone to enjoy, making it the perfect choice for your Florida getaway.

All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Resort fees are due during check in. These fees are $22 per night per unit, this will give your family access to the amenities, fitness center, gate pass and a parking permit for their vehicles.

There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found even a tiny bit on either one, security will stop by to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being noticed that is when the towing company will come out to remove the vehicle.

The cozy living area has plush couches to fit your entire family, perfect for movie nights using the room’s smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen is steps away where guests can use the standard appliances, cookware, and ample counter space to prepare easy snacks and meals at home. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster are all provided for your convenience, plus you have plenty of space to dine between casual barstool seating and the formal dining table.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, tv, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and tv.

Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
- We wanted to inform you about an upcoming project that will impact on the Regal Palms pool facilities. Starting November 20th, it will be undergoing a much-needed pool resurfacing project that is expected to last approximately three weeks, weather permitting. During this period, the adult pool will be temporarily closed for renovations.
However, we are pleased to announce that the lazy river and hot tub will remain open for our guests and your enjoyment. Please be advised that, due to the nature of construction activities, there may be increased noise levels and possible dust in the vicinity of the pool area. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance the facilities.

Outside of the resort, there are several nearby options for dining and shopping. A quick 5 minutes away, Berry Town Centre conveniently has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants, and bars. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.8 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city just 7.7-miles away. The area has a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and even its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away: Magic Kingdom (15 miles), Epcot (14 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles) and Sea World (18 miles)!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

NOTE: All guests need to stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered. There is a $22.40 daily resort fee paid to regal palms.
