The Regal Retreat

Welcome to the Regal Retreat! This awesome townhome and incredible resort community are stacked to help you take an amazing trip and make it absolutely unforgettable. The property is located in the Regal Palms Resort, a private gated community that offers a list of desired amenities. Guests of Regal Palms are welcomed to enjoy the onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, an indoor/outdoor tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, children’s playground…and SO much more!!

All guests must check-in at the Regal Palms front desk before arriving to the unit for registration. Resort fees are due during check in. These fees are $22 per night per unit, this will give your family access to the amenities, fitness center, gate pass and a parking permit for their vehicles.

There is no street or grass parking. If any vehicles are found even a tiny bit on either one, security will stop by to tag the vehicle. After an hour of being noticed that is when the towing company will come out to remove the vehicle.

The home has an open living space with cozy couches, smart tv, and easy access onto the back patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen comes with everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Whether it be fueling up with breakfast before hitting the parks or sharing dinner after a day of adventure, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and extra items such as a toaster and coffee maker for your convenience. Come together at the dining table for 8 as you relive the day’s best memories.

This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The home shares an additional half-bathroom and full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Parking passes for 3 vehicles will be provided. PLEASE note there is no parking on the street or in the grass here. They do tow for improper parking.

Outside of the resort, there are several options for dining and shopping nearby. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex, offering just about everything under the sun, is 8 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city 8 miles away with a downtown feel and an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, plus its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away - Disney World & Animal Kingdom (12 miles), Epcot (15 miles), Universal Studios (23 miles), and Sea World (18 miles)!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

NOTE: All guests need to stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered. There is a $22 daily resort fee paid to regal palms.
