THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. There cannot be any oversized vehicles (e.g. RVs, campers, boats) parked in the street.
• Short-term visitor street parking is limited to reasonable hours, with no overnight parking allowed. No trailers, boats, campers, trucks with gross vehicle weight rating in excess of 10,000 pounds or trucks with commercial beds or bodies, mobile homes, motorized recreational vehicles, or motorcycles may be parked.
• This home is equipped with an entryway Ring camera, as well as a camera at the rear facing outwards.
• The Glen at West Haven is a recently established community, with ongoing construction in specific areas. While the immediate vicinity of the home is free from construction, there may be visible construction activities in other parts of the community.
• In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
