This is vacation living perfected with space to play, entertain, rest, and recharge all in your home, and with resort amenities just a few short blocks away. Which you might choose to walk, or even call for the community golf cart for a lift!

The home’s open concept main level is designed for gathering with a massive breakfast bar, formal dining area, and designated living space with a sectional couch and large screen smart tv.

Sliding glass doors open onto the back patio with more eating space, lounge seating in the Florida sun, and a gas-fired grill. Just beyond the patio lays your private pool where some of the trip’s best memories are sure to occur.

Back inside, the fully equipped kitchen awaits to impress with its stainless-steel appliances and spacious countertops where you can prepare quick snacks, entire meals, or quick lunches on the go.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms:

- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and smart tv.
- Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo and double vanity.
- Bedroom #3 has 2 full sized beds and smart tv.
- Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds, smart tv, and an exciting Star Wars theme.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-There are two additional full bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs.
-Washer and dryer available in unit.
-Parking passes will be provided at check in with the gate/guard.
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $29/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected check-in.
This property is located in idyllic Storey Lake, a luxurious resort community with endless amenities for you to enjoy. Guests are welcome to the resort clubhouse, sand volleyball court, splash pad, fitness center, lazy river, waterslides, basketball court, and pool with lounging chairs all around. You can even launch kayaks and paddle boards from the resort's lakeside dock.

All the great hallmarks of an Orlando trip are within striking distance. Disney World is a 4-mile drive away, and Universal Studios can be reached in 30 minutes or less.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Heat for the pool is not needed for June-Sept as Orlando is very hot then. Otherwise pool heat costs are per night.
