If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located a short drive from the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland, among all the rest.

Back at the home, start the day off right with a refreshing swim in your very own private pool, while evenings are best spent with a relaxing soak in the bubbling hot tub. Recline poolside with a good book or to indulge in a peaceful afternoon nap in the chaise lounge chairs. A shaded dining table with umbrella is perfect for dining al fresco or simply taking a break from the heat with game or two of cards.

Heading indoors, the tropical vibe stays alive between the home’s vibrant décor, rich wood accents, and contemporary furnishings. Curl up on plush living room sofa seating while you stream that new movie or series you’ve been saving on the smart TV. The open floorplan carries you into the dining area where the stylish table can seat 6 for formal meals or 3 at the kitchen counter on high-top stools. The kitchen itself is fully equipped for all your culinary aspirations with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a full size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for up to 3 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Commercial and/or recreational vehicles (e.g. boats, trailers, RVs, jet skis) are not permitted.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
• Optional pool heating available for $19 per night. Please note that if you would like to take advantage of this amenity, pool heating is mandatory for the entire stay. Pool heat must be requested at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Contact the local on-site Customer Care team to process.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
