The home’s interior poses a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere with minimalistic décor and furnished with your maximum comfort in mind. The plush living room sofa and smart TV offer a peaceful space to kick up your feet and stream your favorite shows. The modern kitchen features sparkling white granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, complete with a drip coffee maker, toaster, and, of course, a margarita machine! Let your imagination run wild mixing up virgin and adult cocktails for the whole group, enjoyed at the spacious kitchen island with cushy high-top seating for 4. The dining room table can accommodate formal meals with seating for 6 or tune into your favorite playlist on the TV and host an exciting family game night. For the quiet morning hours before everyone else wakes up, take your cup of coffee out on the back patio where you can sink into the Adirondack seating for 2 and enjoy the sights and sounds of the area coming to life.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The home includes an additional full guest bathroom across from bedroom #1 with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available in lot for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first serve.
• Guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities (commonly called "The Fins Up Club").
• In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
• We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.

-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
