You’ll be just a mile away from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this popular destination offering an abundance of retailers, restaurants, a movie theater, and much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Just for the adults, the Island Grove Wine Company is a short walk away where you can plan a tasting and stroll through the serene vineyards. If you’re planning on visiting the theme parks for a day or two, you’re conveniently located to the front gates of Disney, Universal, and Legoland. At the end of long days out and about in this family-friendly destination, you’ll love returning home to Villa by the Mouse to relax and recharge.

The home has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated, with homey, tropical-inspired touches throughout. The open concept of the main level seamlessly combines living and dining together to create a space that will be your center of entertainment and togetherness. The cozy living room offers a comfortable sofa, armchair, and smart TV where you can curl up and stream all your favorite shows. The sparkling kitchen is well-equipped, starring stainless steel appliances and glossy countertops. A drip coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, and full suite of cookware and dining ware round out the amenities here, making all of your mealtime ambitions possible. Enjoy meals together at the dining room table with seating for 6 or take a casual seat at the kitchen counter with high-top stools for 4. For early risers or night owls alike, the back patio includes Adirondack seating for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening beverage while taking in the fresh air and surrounding scenery.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The home includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms – the first with a single vanity and walk-in shower, and the second with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Washer and dryer in home.
- This home is NOT pet friendly. We do acknowledge the Service animal policy but kindly ask to reconsider this home as the owner has a hyper allergenic medical condition and needs to be deep cleaned even in service animals are brought here. We have many homes available that are pet friendly and easily can accommodate furry friends. We thank you for your consideration in this matter and look forward to hosting you.
- Parking available in lot for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first serve. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
- This home is equipped an exterior Ring security camera, monitoring the front walkway/front porch/front door area, facing out toward the parking lot, and at the back of home.
- In case of hurricanes, lightning, inclement weather, or due to necessary repairs, certain resort amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
- We do provide starter amenities for the home. These are basic supplies to help you settle in quickly, without having to stop at the store before check-in. As these are starter amenities, they may only last you a couple of days. If you have a longer stay, we suggest visiting the nearby grocery or dollar store to inexpensively restock for the remainder of your stay.
- Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
