Located in sunny Kissimmee, this family-friendly resort is packed with enough amenities that adults and kids alike will be sure to find something they love. Upon arrival to the bright and cheerful blue exterior of this end unit townhome, you won’t be able to tell where the home ends and the sky begins. And speaking of amenities, you’ll find even more once you step inside your new home away from home.

On the main level, the open floor plan is complimented by high ceilings achieving the effect of grand spaces that will provide you and your group with an abundance of space to spread out and relax. Gorgeous, modern furnishings and décor in soothing neutral colors will surround you in feelings of luxury. The living room includes a comfy sofa with complementing armchair seating and large, mounted smart TV – the ultimate space for both afternoon naps and catching a game featuring your favorite sports team. A chic all-white dining table and chairs seats 6 for formal mealtimes, with accompanying seating at the kitchen counter for 4.

The well-lit kitchen features creamy white countertops and cabinets accented by stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped with cookware, dining ware, coffee maker and toaster, the kitchen has everything you may need and more to give you the option to cook or dine in. But perhaps the crème de la crème of the included amenities is your very own Margaritaville margarita maker, elevating your happy hour to a whole new level! Fill up a frosted glass with your favorite flavor and enjoy at the Adirondak seating for 2 on the picturesque patio.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room:
- Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
- Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
- Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and smart TV.
- Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.
- The home also includes two additional full guest bathrooms - one with single vanity and walk-in shower, and the other with single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking available in lot for up to 4 vehicles – first come, first serve. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
- Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
- If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Daily Pet Fee of $35 will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum number of 2 pets can be brought to this property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
