Between this villa’s close proximity to all major theme parks, its clean and spacious interior, and the peaceful views off the private patio, this home provides all the elements needed to create the perfect Orlando getaway.

Cooling wood-inspired tile flooring runs throughout the home, keeping the Florida heat at bay while warm neutral tones and furnishings create an element of comfort that will leave you feeling as relaxed as a Caribbean vacation. A cushy sofa with chaise lounge provides a space where the whole family can gather to binge Disney movies on the smart TV. Steps away, the modern kitchen with creamy cabinets and stainless-steel appliances provides all the tools and cookware needed for delicious home cooked meals or local takeout. Grab a quick breakfast on your way out the door to a day of adventure at the island seating for 3 or take your meals at the dining room table with seating for 6.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a half bathroom.

This home is pet friendly! Limit 2 dogs under 25lbs each additional fee of $35 per pet, per night.
Parking available in open lot.
Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Every member of the family will have a perfect vacation with additional amenities like a playground for kids.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
