Enjoy tranquil views of the water as you sip your morning coffee or whip up a batch of evening margaritas and watch the sun set after another perfect day in paradise. At night, the sky comes alive again with dazzling fireworks displays from the nearby theme parks that can be viewed from the adirondack chairs on the patio and are even more spectacular from Magic Vacation Villa’s 2nd level master suite.

This peaceful waterside retreat is also conveniently located to all the fun and excitement the city has to offer. You’ll be within walking distance of the Margaritaville’s Promenade at Sunset Walk, a trendy destination with lots of shopping and dining as well as entertainment including Studio Movie Grill (a dine-in movie theater), Game Time Arcade, Escapology (a live escape game), the Sunset Walk Sling Shot thrill ride, the Island H2O Water Park and so much more. Day-to-day needs are easily taken care of with a full-sized Target, several grocery stores, drug stores, and dollar stores less than a 5-minute drive away. Formosa Winery featuring wine tastings, gourmet dining, and special events is about a five minute walk from Magic Vacation Villa.

Inside Magic Vacation Villa the open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining room, and family room creating an inviting atmosphere of both relaxation and connectivity. Casual elegance comes through the decor and furnishings, with soothing neutral tones promoting calm. Gather the crew together on the ample living room sofa seating to unwind and stream a new or favorite movie on the large smart TV. Steps away, the dining room table can seat 8 for meals as well as play host to an energetic family game night. Overflow seating can be found at the kitchen island where you can assist with meal prep or grab a quick bite before heading out the door. The kitchen itself is full sized and fully equipped showcasing stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, tile backsplash, sleek grey cabinetry, and stocked with cookware and dining ware to prepare your feast!

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is located on the first floor and includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 is upstairs and includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 is upstairs and includes a king size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 is the upstairs main suite, and includes a king size bed, smart TV, a walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one is on the first floor and has a single vanity and glass walk-in shower, and the second is upstairs with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

· Full sized washer and dryer in home as well as an iron and ironing board.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios, Top Golf, Sea World, and Aquatica Water Park. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and entertainment.

The Promenade at Sunset Walk is a modern shopping, dining, and entertainment complex just a quick 15-minute walk away that offers just about everything to compliment your magical vacation. A Disney World shuttle is also available from the main MRO resort with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, special events, a nail salon, and if you can believe it SO much more! The main Margaritaville Resort complex is close by and features fantastic bars, restaurants, and the full-service St. Somewhere spa. There’s truly something for everyone!
