My Happy Place at Regal Palms

Welcome to your getaway in the sunshine state at My Happy Place. The property is located in the Regal Palms Resort, a private gated community that offers a list of desirable amenities that will take your trip to the next level. Guests of Regal Palms are welcome to enjoy the onsite pool, lazy river, waterslide, hot tub, gym, indoor bar and outdoor tiki bar, ice cream shop, pool table, arcade, children’s playground and more.

My Happy Place offers an open living area which features ample seating, cable TV, and access to the back patio. The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals from home. Whether it be fueling up for a day of fun or a multi-course dinner, the kitchen is equipped with standard appliances and extra items such as a toaster and coffee maker for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy dinner together at the table for 4, with extra seating available at the kitchen bar.

This home sleeps 8 guests in 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is all about Minnie Mouse with 2 twin size beds, Minnie themed bedding, and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds with Mickey Mouse linens, a smart tv, and Lightening McQueen themed decor.

Bedroom #4 is the primary suite with king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Washer and dryer in unit.
There is a $22/ night resort charge per night (not per guest) that you will pay upon check-in at Regal Palms.
3 parking passes are provided to park in the driveway.


Outside of the resort, there are several options for dining and shopping. Just a short walk away is Berry Town Centre which has a Publix, gas station, bank, restaurants and bars. A little further afield, just a 4 mile drive from the resort, Cagan’s Crossing has a large Walmart and a number of popular restaurants. SunsetWalk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away. ChampionsGate is a small resort-city 8-miles away that sports a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

The major Florida theme parks are also just a skip-and-a-jump away - Disney World which includes Magic Kingdom (14 miles), Epcot (13 miles), Hollywood Studios (12 miles), Animal Kingdom (11 miles), Universal Studios (22 miles) and Sea World (24 miles)!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

NOTE: All guests need to stop by the front desk on Sand Mine Road before going to the unit to get registered. There is a $22 daily resort fee paid to regal palms.
