Located in the energetic Margaritaville Resort, you’re in a prime location to not only take advantage of endless onsite amenities, but you’ll be within walking distance to amazing local attractions and just a short car ride away from all the major amusement parks. With all this to offer and more, Sunny Daze at Margaritaville is a prime destination for your idyllic Florida vacation.

Please do note that this is a private home and thus does not afford access to the Fins Up club (pool/gym area) however there is access to the St. Somewhere Spa as well as all dining and eatery options within the resort and Sunset walk. Also there is bike rentals available on site!

The warm yellow exterior is a sign of what you’ll find inside this condo, with bright and spacious rooms where natural light flows freely. Cooling wood-inspired tile flooring runs throughout the home, providing needed relief from the Florida heat. If you prefer to be outdoors, a charming patio with Adirondak seating is a quiet, scenic spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The open concept living, kitchen and dining areas combine to provide a space for togetherness and entertainment, whether you’re snuggled up together for a movie on the sofa or playing a fun game at the dining room table. The sparkling kitchen features stainless steel appliances and cookware for the option of a home cooked meal, with coffee maker and of course, a Margaritaville blender! “When in Rome”, as they say!

This home comfortably sleeps 8 between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes two twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with single vanity with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a third full size bathroom with walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-Washer and dryer in home.
-Parking available in lot – first come, first serve. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site. If you are unsure, please send us a photo of your vehicle for the HOA to advise us.
-This is a private home and as such guests do not have access to the amenities at Margaritaville.
-Pet Policy: This home is pet-friendly! Please note that a pet fee of $19 per night / per pet is NOT included in the total price. The pet fee will be applied after your reservation is complete. Any evidence of a pet brought onto the property without payment of the pet fee will be charged at $65 per night.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows.

Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!

Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
