The home where you can have it all - and then some! Welcome to Paradise at Lake Berkley, an 8-bedroom property that features a heated pool, spa, and home theater. With its relaxed location, on-site amenities, and proximity to major Florida theme parks, this home leaves little to be desired!

The living room features tall ceilings, ample seating, and a TV. Steps away, the kitchen comes fully equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up multi-course dishes from home. A center island provides additional prep space or is a prime area to serve hors d'oeuvres. The formal dining area highlights beautiful built-ins with handpicked decor. Enjoy the ambiance and a meal together at the table for 8.

After full bellies - head to the private movie theater, sit back on one of the 8 cozy recliners, and turn on your favorite flick! We won't judge if you still have room for popcorn.

At Paradise at Lake Berkley, there's no need to race around to claim a bedroom. This spacious home sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably between 8 private bedrooms. Each room features a unique color with complimenting decor. Crisp linens are the perfect final touch to rooms to ensure every guest has a restful stay.

To serve a big group of guests, there are four full bathrooms and one half-bath that are fully stocked to meet your needs.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $19/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected need.
- Allow at least 24 hours for pool to heat - please pay ASAP so we can properly heat the pool before arrival.
- If you would like to add pool heat the cost is $19/day. We advise this during Oct-May if you want to use the pool and have it set at 89 degrees. Please note it takes 24 hours for the pool to heat properly and that in colder days the pool may not achieve 89 degrees as heat pumps only get 15 degrees above ambient temperature. However the spa is always on and set for 100degrees. In times of significant cold give the hot tub at least 30-45 mins to get hot.
- The cost to rent the grill is a one time $39 payment to cover the cost to clean the grill. You need to pay ahead of time so our local team can arrange to unlock it for you.
- Only 4 cars allowed to park in the driveway. Overflow is available outside the community.
The home is located in the Lake Berkley Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.9 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (9.7 miles), Universal Studios (17.7 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (18.9 miles), and SeaWorld (13.9 miles). Being a guest of the resort gives you access to the private clubhouse equipped with a cyber cafe, fitness room, large communal pool, hot spa, and more! It’s easy to be active around the property with orange groves, a conservation area with nature trails, and a private beach. If you’d like to stock the house with groceries, a Walmart is only 6-minutes away by car.
-In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
-Due to unusually high amount of theft and destruction we regret to tell you we no longer supply wash clothes. If this is a “must have” item for you, you may request them ahead of your stay. Thank you for understanding as this helps keep our rent low for you and your family.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
