Located in the vibrant, private community of Champions Gate in Central Florida, All Things Magic is a joyous family-friendly getaway. Teeming with a dazzling on-site pool, luxurious hot tub, lazy river and kids splash pad with exciting waterslides, you’ll be hooked for hours. Play games at the arcade, enroll for beach volleyball courses, enjoy the theater and dine at eclectic restaurants.

The home welcomes you with a sprawling outdoor gazebo, bubbling jacuzzi and private pool, all overlooking lush manicured lawns. Savor cocktails on the 4 sea loungers, and dig into al-fresco meals at the 6-seater outdoor dining table. An additional seating area for 4 provides a nice change of scenery.

The living area oozes a warm, homey vibe with colorful interiors, comfy couches and large ceiling fans. A smart TV makes for cozy evenings indoors.

The open plan kitchen is bright and roomy, with wooden finished cabinetry and granite countertops. Stainless steel appliances include a blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. The bar stool area for 4 is perfect for cocktail soirees, while the 8-seater indoor dining table overlooking the pool makes for a wholesome family time.

Kids are spoiled for activities — There’s a fun game room with a pool table, foosball and board games. They can catch up on their favorite shows in the additional TV area upstairs, then tuck into their bright, cartoon-themed bedrooms. .

The home sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms.

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1 comes with a king-size bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tub and standalone shower.

There is an additional half bath on this floor.

On the 2nd floor:

- Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower.

- Bedroom 3 is a cheerful Frozen-themed room with two twin beds, a smart TV.

- Bedroom 4, with its Mickey Mouse-inspired decor, has two twin beds, a smart TV.

- Bedroom 5 provides a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom, and private en-suite with a walk-in shower.

Another shared bathroom is available with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

- Trailers, RV's or boats are not allowed in the community.

- A washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- Driveway parking is available.

- A 4-burner BBQ rental delivery is available at $115 per week for your stay - the service is not included within your reservation rate. Please contact our Customer Care Team before your arrival to initiate request.

Outside of the resort, Champions Gate, a small township only 3 miles away, is a hugely popular destination for tourists. Bustling with eclectic restaurants, trendy bars, specialty stores and its very own golf course with an exclusive clubhouse and pro shop, it promises a memorable day out.

Other nearby attractions include the iconic Disneyland (32 miles) and Animal Kingdom (12 miles). Marvel at the futuristic wonders of Epcot theme park (13 miles), while Universal Studios (20 miles) is the ever popular, adrenaline pumping adventure park that needs no introduction.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. Tennis courts at the country club are free to use. Located at 8950 Cliftons Draw Dr. This is also access for golfing. Rates vary by season and day.
