You’ll be just over a mile away from Sunset Walk, putting you within walking distance to this popular destination offering an abundance of retailers, restaurants, a movie theater, and so much more. For a day filled with water-themed adventure, the H2O Waterpark contains thrilling rides and slides for kids and the kids-at-heart alike. Day-to-day needs are easily taken care of with grocery stores less than a 5-minute drive away.

Head indoors to beat the heat by surrounding yourself in the soothing cool tones of the décor and furnishings, promoting peace and calm after energetic days spent out and about. Sink into the plush living room sofa as you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking available in lot for up to 3 vehicles – first come, first served.
• The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $24 per night.
• Barbeque rental available for an additional fee of $39.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 1 pet, up to 40 lbs. An additional pet fee of $35 per night will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Please note that as this is a private home, guests do not have access to the Owners-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called “The Fins Up Club.”

Margaritaville Resort is less than 5 miles from Walt Disney World and just 10 miles from Universal Studios. Guests of the resort have access to onsite restaurants, live music, shopping, and comedy shows. Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is just a quick 15-minute walk away. A shuttle is also available with regular rotations of pick-up and drop-off. The Sunset Walk complex features Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone!
