But you don’t have to go even that far to cool off as the home’s private pool and lanai are the place to be for spending full days under the ample Florida sun. With chaise lounging seating and a dining table for hosting meals al fresco, you’ll delight in spending endless hours in the fresh air. Better yet, you can fully let go of all your worries and relax in privacy as there are no neighbors to the rear of the home. Venturing away from the home, you’ll be within a short driving distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping, along with a pick-your-own citrus farm with over 50 seasonal varieties to choose from!

The home’s bright and cool interior beautifully pairs comfortable furnishings with chic décor, a welcome sight after long days spent out in the heat. High ceilings stretch out over an open floor plan conducive to gathering and entertainment, making sure no one is left out of the conversation. The living room offers a plush L-shaped sofa and large mounted smart TV for streaming all of your favorite shows and movies. Steps away, come together for formal meals or a family game night at the dining room table with seating for 6. The galley kitchen comes fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of home, making meal preparation and planning a cinch. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate the Nespresso Vertuo machine available in the kitchen. Should you need to check some emails while away, 2 desk areas in the home will provide you with your own private space to focus. When work is done and you’re ready to turn back up the fun, head into the garage-turned-game room and challenge one another to endless games of pool and foosball while you tune into the big game on the included TV.

This home comfortably sleeps 11 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 is immersed in Star Wars and includes 2 twin beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 will make you fall in love with Lilo and Stitch all over again and includes a full-over-full bunk bed along with a twin trundle and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with additional parking at the clubhouse as available. Street parking overnight is strictly prohibited.
• External security cameras placed strategically: Left corner of lanai facing side entryway, left and right sides of the house, top right of the driveway, and right side of the home.
• Heated pool is available with advance notice at $19 per night. Kindly be aware that if you choose to utilize this amenity, the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay.
• BBQ grill rental is available with a minimum 24-hour advance notice for an extra fee of $115.
• In case of hurricanes or inclimate weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity? in the community.
