This tropical top floor penthouse offers beautiful resort views and peek a boo ocean views that look towards the Hilton Waikoloa hotel. The Waikoloa Beach Resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, a fitness room, and BBQ stations to enjoy.
You'll be 1 mile from the white sandy beach, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). King's and new Queen's shops are less than a mile away and offer great shopping and dining choices. Swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation.
The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a flat-screen TV. The home offers central AC to stay cool during the summer months. From here, you can access the wrap around lanai with views of the koi pond and pool area. The lanai has an electric BBQ grill and a sink, great for outdoor cookouts!
Enjoy homemade meals using the chef's kitchen - fully equipped with a drip coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, electric stovetop, and more. If you don't feel like cooking, grab some poke or Hawaiian BBQ!

by DresselThis condo is indeed fabulous! It is spacious, well appointed, awesome view. The second bedroom has a king bed which is hard to find in most 2 bedroom condos but is perfect for two couples. We have stayed at three different units at The Shores at Waikoloa (it is a perfect location with immaculate grounds) - highly recommend this complex and this unit. Having said that , there are a few “buyer beware “ comments: The laundry pods, dishwasher pods, paper towels provided were limited - 2 laundry pods, 4 dishwasher pods, and one already used roll of paper towels. The bath soap bars were of the size you would find at a motel 6. We’ve stayed at dozens of rental units over the years - this “rationing” was a first. The master bedroom toilet needed repair - we reported it the first day and then spent the entire week having to turn off the water to the tank. Two attempts were made to fix it by the management company and then we were informed a plumber would need to come - but after we have checked out. Know that the management company is not local - all calls and messages are handled through a call center. We did receive updates and information however the call center experience was the same as all other call centers - courteous but not personable, scripted, and a lengthy question and answer to identify the unit and person calling.
