This is a very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse close to Kahaluu Beach Park. This property includes a very private lanai, remodeled kitchen with granite counters,ductless split air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, a washer and dyer, and a flat screen TV and DVD player. Each bedroom includes a Queen size bed and air conditioning, and all the bathrooms are remodeled.
You will find that Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet is ideally located just minutes from Keauhou Shopping Center and the renowned "turtle beach", Kahalu'u Beach Park. Also nearby, is Kona Country Club, the recently-opened Amici restaurant and Keauhou Bay offering a myriad of water activities. Within the complex itself, enjoy the newly refurbished swimming pool, 3 tennis courts adjoined by a large pavilion and a separate upscaled pavilion with barbecues and a volleyball court.
- Complex will be preforming a pool replasting project from April 15 - May 3, 2024. Pool will be unusable for this time. Only pool guests will be able to use will be the Kona public pool (Kona Aquatic Center).

by Monika S.Three bedrooms when I was expecting two, what a great surprise. Small kitchen, but enough for our crew and had everything we needed. Boogie boards, umbrella and cooler for the beach we’re super handy, thanks for supplying those! One and a half minute walk from the beach (we timed it). Private lanai with wonderful plants right there. Loved this place. Perfect for our family of four.
