Keauhou Bay Beach Park and Marina are just a short walk from the home where you can spend a day on the sand, take a sunset cruise out on the water, rent a paddleboard or kayak, or book an unforgettable snorkeling trip. For that shopping we mentioned? The Keauhou Shopping Center is a short drive or 15-minute walk away, featuring a variety of stores as well as a farmer’s market for stocking up on fresh local produce. The golf enthusiasts among you won’t want to pass up the opportunity to hit the fairways surrounded by unparalleled scenery, with one such option of the Kona Country Club being less than a 5-minute drive away.

Back at the home, enjoy the abundant fresh ocean air from your private shaded deck, outfitted with comfortable furniture whether you’re in the mood to lounge with a good book or enjoy a meal al fresco. Let the open floorplan lead you organically into the dining room where a modern table with bench seating can accommodate 6 for formal meals, with 3 additional high-top barstools at the kitchen counter for overflow or more casual bites. The kitchen offers all the amenities needed to whip up delicious home cooked meals, with ample counterspace convenient for prepping and staging.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and an air mattress available in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and patio access.

The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
