Set amidst a backdrop of lush tropical landscapes, Tiki Ali’i is your retreat for relaxation and rest. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget. Explore Hawaiian history when visiting the nearby petroglyphs, and ancient rock carvings dating all the way back to the 16th century.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.

  2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
  3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
  4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
  5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
  6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
