The living room is adjacent to the kitchen allowing direct sightlines across the main floor. The living room has ample seating and a smart TV. The couch doubles as a sleeper great for kids if needed.

A sweet bonus of this home is the enclosed sunroom with lounge furniture, love seat, and an incredible view of the fairway.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to whip up delicious meals from home. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counter allows for additional prep space or an ideal area to serve up some drinks and Hors d'oeuvres and let your fellow guests gather. Steps away, more formal dining can be enjoyed at a dining table for 4.

The home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably between 2 spacious bedrooms, and 2 sofa sleepers with one in the living room and one in the sunroom.

Bedroom #1 is equipped with a King bed, TV, sunroom access, and an private en-suite. The en-suite offers a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a Queen bed, a TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The home is 3 miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 7-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
