In the heart of the Ozarks with resort amenities and an ideal location close to downtown entertainment, Avondale Darling combines all the best of a trip to Branson. Part of the private Pointe Royale community, this unit is especially attractive for its patio just steps away from one of the resort’s several pools with a play area just beyond. Going for a swim or lying by the pool couldn’t be easier with direct walk-out access from your home. Additionally, the back patio has an outdoor table with seating for 4 and electric grill to maximize your time outside.

Inside the home, modern leather couches offer a comfortable space to relax indoors and enjoy the smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen includes standard appliances, coffee station, toaster, and blender for convenient cooking and snack preparation at home. For casual dining, gather at the kitchen counter where barstool seating is provided for 4. If you are sharing a more formal meal, head to the dinner table with seating for 4.

This home sleeps 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

- Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen size bed, bunk bed, and tv.
- Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. This room also has direct access to the outdoor patio overlooking the community pool.

- Outdoor community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Indoor pool open year round.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

In addition to the many resort amenities onsite, you’ll be 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This ideal location puts you within 8 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
