The space is ideal for a mid-size family or group who is looking for convenience and on-site amenities to enjoy between activities. The living space highlights a sofa sleeper, TV, and access to the outside balcony. The covered balcony offers a dining set and partial view of the golf course so you can relish endless al fresco dining!

Back inside, a quaint workspace allows guests to seamlessly plug in and work remotely, or doubles as a great space for kids to focus on a school project. Steps away, a kitchen comes equipped with everything you’ll need to whip up signature dishes from home. Additional appliances and cookware are also available for your convenience. Enjoy formal meals together at the dining table for 6.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 suite-style bedrooms and a Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. Each option is furnished with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

Bedroom #1 is equipped with a King bed, TV, private en-suite, and access to the outside balcony. The en-suite features a jetted shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- The communal pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

The clubhouse with an indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub, and fitness area is just a few hundred feet from the front door! Beyond the luxury resort-style community, you will be situated in the heart of Branson! The property is blocks from 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) and minutes from music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and common place to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!

Property Update: We are pleased to share that the clubhouse common area, the fitness room, the sauna and the indoor pool have all been reopened. The outdoor pool remains available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
