The cozy living room includes a plush L-shaped sofa and 2 armchairs, the perfect place to kick up your feet and stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. A wood fireplace offers added warmth and ambiance in the cooler months. The newly renovated kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, glass subway tile, and warm cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you need should you decide to prepare meals at home. The attached breakfast nook is a lovely spot for your morning coffee with a side of casual conversation. Gather together for formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 8, the waves crashing over one another providing a tranquil backdrop. Feeling competitive? The garage-turned-game room is the place for you with ping pong, foosball, and air hockey tables all ready and waiting to host hours of fun.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and deck access.

Bedroom #3 includes 3 twin-over-twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

One of the most popular things to do here is to visit the Gualala River Redwood Park, home to a grove of ancient redwood trees, some of which are over 2,000 years old. The town is located on a major whale migration route, and whales can often be seen from the shore or from one of the many whale watching tours that are offered. The town has several beaches, including the Gualala Beach, which is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and surfing.
