Cypress Meadows

This home in Sea Ranch was absolutely wonderful for my family. We had the best time and the house was perfect for us. The property managers were very thorough and communicated everything beautifully. All home amenities were wonderful and the house was very well stocked. The hot tub was a major bonus!

House was comfortable and well stocked EXCEPT trash bags. There were no kitchen bags to be had and property manager was not helpful at first. Stated we were responsible for providing our own. Very frustrating. Finally someone dropped off a single bag. Also, requested late check out 48 hrs ahead of time and was denied. Disappointing.

The property was impeccable, very comfortable and the location was beautiful. We had an initial problem with the Check-In but the property manager solved it immediately which we appreciated tremendously. Her responsiveness was timely and effective. It is important to note that although all three rooms are in the house, the one with the twin beds has a separate entrance. The property sits on the golf course and the trials to the ocean are right there. Thank you so much. We had a great time.

We have stayed at this house before and it is a comfortable house. It works well for multiple couples as each bedroom has it's own bathroom. It does not have any ocean view but if you are a golfer, it would be heaven, I'm sure. Although it appears to have tons of stuff in the kitchen, don't look for a potato peeler! It ain't there! But there are 6 whisks! This is typical of rental houses so just make sure you bring what you really need!! House was very clean. And over all, a good experience.

House is cute, welcoming n very close to ocean trail. Our dog enjoyed the walks along the ocean. Stunning breathtaking views of the ocean. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely, warm home. Well appointed. Perfect for a family with living room and kitchen in center and bedrooms on either side. Only draw back was needing to drive to beaches to the South. But Gualala State Park beach only 1 mile North. Will definitely come back here again

The layout was very excellent, the enclosed porches were fantastic, and the fireplace was a nice touch. Separate quarters was fun for our teens to have a private space.

Great home, clean, great amenities. Not impressed with management group. Not very accommodating, tried to get a late check out (hoping for 11am) was told 'no' and the door code was changed at 10:00am sharp. Luckily while loading the car we left a door open with a shoe otherwise our small child would have been locked in. Will avoid this property management group moving forward.

Great house. Very cozy. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of games for kids. Beautiful surroundings. Hot tub was nice but lights in tub didn’t work.

We had a wonderful few days here. Lovely walks along the bluffs, happy times with the family in the big central living area. Very roomy 2 inside bedrooms, each with a full bath, plus a third full bath off the main living area. The kitchen is well equipped with all cookware and knives you need. There are oodles of games to choose from. If you are a golfer it would be extra fun as you are right on the course. It makes for a bit less privacy but there weren’t a lot of golfers so it wasn’t a problem for us. It’s a short walk to the bluff trail and not far from the beach where the Gualala River runs into the sea. Our only issue with this lovely home is that the third bedroom is completely separate, entered from the outside of the house and not connected inside so we couldn’t use it for our older (age 10) grandson—maybe a teen or adult could appreciate being so separate from the rest of the group, but it would help to be very explicit about this in the description. Altogether a very lovely light- filled comfortable house in a magical part of the world❤️

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at Cypress Meadows for my husband’s 40th birthday. Every room has its own bathroom so it’s great for families. The kitchen was fully Stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable! I would definitely rent this home again for our next trip!

Great location on the north side of Sea Ranch. On the golf course and close to Gualala Park. House was older but well stocked and clean. Only suggestion might be to get rid of carpet in bathrooms and kitchen (just a personal preference). You have to pick up a packet in Gualala instead of going straight to the house, so that took a bit of time. Management was very responsive though when we went out to use the BBQ and discovered the legs were broken. A new one was delivered the next day. Overall a great stay and we would definitely return!

Good location if you wish to near the golf course or closer to Gualala. Also on the West side of the highway and so an easy walk to the ocean path.

Great house to relax in. It has everything you need . If you bring your pets they will enjoy it as well.

We loved our stay here plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 little boys. Room outside for boys to play and look for golf balls. The house was very well equipped and easy to prepare meals. We enjoyed the hot tub very much.

Beautiful cabin... lots of room. Really clean. It was fully stocked with anything you could need. We did have a problem with the showers ... we didn't know how to turn them on and we're afraid we'd damage them if we monkeyed with them. The big problem was the weather ... chilly and heavy rain for the whole two weeks. We'd love to come when the weather was better.

We were there for a golf tournament, and this location was ideal -- minutes from the clubhouse, and it has a nice view of the 5th green. The house was very comfortable and well-stocked. The kitchen is a little cramped if more than one person is trying to work, but there is a second sink and countertop in the laundry area. It's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is even an additional full bathroom. We would have preferred a king bed instead of queen, but that's minor. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a nice fire each night and later relaxed in the hot tub. It’s an extremely quiet location with the awesome Bluff Trail near by leading to a really nice sandy beach. It has a separate room with its own entrance and gas fireplace which was great for the one guest we had. We liked it there so much that we’re already planning another trip back.
