Everything was great! Check-in was a tad confusing, but we figured it out.

A girls trip weekend to decompress from pandemic stress, plenty to explore in the area but peaceful at the same time. Comfy beds, great lounge furniture, simple hot tub procedures. Our only quibbles are heat related: the broken fireplace - hopefully it is fixed soon, and the heat was hard to get right (the 2nd floor bathroom gets especially hot!). This is just for the property manager: the light bulb is out in the refrigerator and the dishwasher works a lot better with the Cascade pods.

We had a family reunion at the property -- 7 adults who hadn't all been together for several years. The house was warm, friendly, well located near to the ocean, and very comfortable for our very informal gathering. The kitchen was perfect for all our meals and snacks. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The hot tub was warm, inviting, and very usable on the cool mornings and evenings. Unfortunately the fireplace -- although well stocked with firewood and kindling -- didn't work at all. We even had a maintenance person come over to try fixing the problem with the flue. But he was also unsuccessful. This should definitely be repaired. Also, the skylight windows on the top floor didn't open. This would hove provided some additional ventilation. But overall we had a great experience and heartily recommend this property.

There is a nice view of the waves from the front porch and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy nature. We did have a difficult time locating the thermostat which is in an unconventional location...inside the bookcase, behind a brochure. A note in the property information guide on this would be helpful. Cleanliness was adequate for surface cleaning. This house is in need of a deep clean...under the table glass top and under beds, cobwebs, and some of the dishes needed to be rewashed as they were put away dirty. These are minor things. There is a television, but it is an outdated box TV and in an awkward location, so if you plan to watch movies at night in front of the fireplace, you will want to bring a laptop. Overall, our experience was great. We were able to quickly drive to and park within a short walk from all of the beaches and the weather was beautiful and sunny. Even though there were some especially windy days, the comfortable home, wonderful view, and options for hiking in the forest, walking on the beach, or lounging in the hot tub made it the peaceful respite we were hoping for.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrive at the property. This house isn't on the coast side and is up Annapolis road about 1/4 mile. It's in a quiet location. The amenities are as described. The queen bedroom on the second floor has shared access to the bathroom. This is convenient for others on the 3rd floor who have to use that bathroom yet not disturb the occupant of the 2nd floor bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, etc but there really is no other cooking items like spices. Bring your own. The hot tub is a nice addition. Fits 6 people comfortably. This cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to conjugate and hang out without feeling crammed in, both indoors and out. Morning views towards the west of the cabin were beautiful and BBQ’ing in the patio quarters in the evening were relaxing. The cabin provided an abundant amount of necessities for our stay, in which I fully appreciate and am grateful for. I’ve had other experiences in the past and this was very much worry free. The warmth of the cabin is what really gave us that beach house vacation feel by the ocean, but still giving us secluded and cozy mountain vibes. The only downfall I can state is that I wish the linens and extra bedding were washed upon check in. The couch covers were a bit dusty and stained from prior use. I felt the need to refresh towels before using them as well. I also would have enjoyed the grounds more if the weeds and grass were not so overgrown. Fortunately and other than those small concerns, my family and I really enjoyed this property. Well priced, well located between beach access and nearest town, and because of that- I will recommend and would stay here again in the future.

There is a large table and living space to accommodate a group or a few couples. The house was clean, as depicted and a great launching point for adventures in the area.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space. My friends and I just finished a 4 night stay at this home and could not have been happier. It easily accommodated all 10 of us, has a spacious kitchen, multiple gathering spaces, and is relativly close to hiking trails and recreation centers. The ocean view provides an ideal sunset watching experience as well. This was the perfect house for a relaxing getaway!

This is a beautiful property with lots of space. My friends and I just finished a 4 night stay at this home and could not have been happier.
