Welcome to the Ocean Bungalow! You'll be greeted with stunning views of the bluff and ocean from the comfort of your cozy living room or the outdoor deck. Conveniently, a Tesla charger is available for your use.

Located within walking distance to the Gualala supermarket, restaurants, and even our office, this home is the perfect relaxing getaway from the city. While there is no direct beach access, you'll be minutes away from the Gualala Bluff Trail and the Gualala River, where you can paddle board, picnic along the river, and even kayak!

The living room is furnished with a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.) over a cozy electric fireplace and comfortable seating. Right behind the living room is the family room with amazing blue water views.

The private balcony is equipped with a BBQ grill and patio seating. Enjoy your morning coffee out here to soak in the views. The kitchen comes prepared with a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and more to make you feel right at home.

When it's time to call it a night, head to one of the two bedrooms. The main bedroom holds a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and an additional den has a sofa sleeper. A full 2nd bathroom is available for guests to share.

Don't forget to bring your furry friend along because this home is pet friendly (with a fee)! Up to two pets are allowed to reside during your stay. The pets may only weigh up to 50lbs combined. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete.

Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per pet per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.

Parking is available for 3 cars on the driveway with a newly installed Tesla charger! A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Please read the terms and conditions carefully. An e-signed rental agreement and damage waiver are required upon confirming your reservation.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Spectacular View

The view is what sets this house above others we've stayed at. It was sunny and warm enough to sit outside on the deck the day before we left. We saw lots of whale blows! It's gray whale migration time so we were hoping to see these. They didn’t come in real clise but we could see some of their backs. They do have a big spotting scope to take a better look at whales or sea lions. I didn't try to use it though.The comfortable family room and den furniture was a real plus too! The kitchen was well equipped with pans, coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, and blender. Each bathroom had 2 nice big towels, etc. The bedroom closet had extra blankets but the bed had a blanket and comforter that kept us cozy. The thermostat for the heater was pre-programmed to revert to 65 degrees 3 hours after we set it for a higher temperature. We like it warmer than that so we used the electric wall heater in the bedroom. (The master bedroom bed is getting close to needing replaced.) Overall we had a wonderful stay and hope to return some day.

Love this house

Great house. Plain exterior, stunning interior, they put their remodel money in the right place. Walking distance to stores and restaurants yet there was a isolated feel about the house, never felt crowded by the other properties. Super nice stay, want to return soon.

Walking distance to town w/whitewater views

Comfortable for 5 adults. Enjoyed cooking, watching the ocean and access to town. Beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed!). Even though the email from the mgt. Said there was just one bath towel, there were actually at least six (phew!). I thought the requirement to stop and pick up the welcome packet was senseless as all information was available online.

My mom and I had a wonderful time in Gualala. The house was as described and then some. I loved the well equipped kitchen and all the little touches. We sat on the deck relaxing in the sun and enjoying the view. Will definitely be booking this house again in the future.

The kitchen is really well stocked with plenty of top quality cookware and dishes to make cooking-in work great. Many restaurants were on pause this weekend because of Covid, so having the Surf Market nearby to grab gourmet food to cook for ourselves was a perfect solution. We enjoyed the electric fireplace for ambiance, and the Tesla charger came in super handy, as we could be ready to go explore the coast each day with a full charge. We will definitely be back!

Great Ocean Getaway

Lovely, newly remodeled home with great views and sounds, overlooking the ocean, with all the accessories for a very comfortable stay. The pantry was stocked with most necessary condiments. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and utensils, even a new French Press for coffee. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and adequate showers. Groceries, Art galleries, Restaurants all within a 1-2 minute walking distance. Great beaches nearby. We certainly will choose this house by the sea again.
