This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a futon in the office.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as additional full guest bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking at a nearby lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in.
• Pet friendly! Dogs only. Maximum 1 dog allowed. An additional $35 per day will be required and is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, 18-hole golf course (open to the public), and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool, tennis and golf are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
