This 3-bedroom cabin in Big Bear is the perfect place for families or groups looking for a fun-filled vacation. Located only 1.2 miles away from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, this home puts you within minutes of awesome skiing, snowshoeing, and downhill tubing. Year-round adventure awaits as golf courses, mountain trails, and Big Bear Lake are also all within minutes. Between your amazing excursions, relax on the home’s multiple decks and balconies, each boasting pleasant views over the quiet, mountainside neighborhood. The home’s ground-level patio even has a private hot tub where you can relax your muscles before another day of unforgettable adventure. On the main deck, you’ll find space to grill and eat in the fresh air, while inside you have convenient use of the fully equipped kitchen.

The cabin features vaulted ceilings over the spacious living area. Here, guests can kick back near the gas fireplace and smart tv. For more entertainment, head to the game room with a foosball table, pool table, and additional tv space. This is a great room for relaxing movie nights and exciting competition. This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms, a bonus room, and 1 sleeper sofa.

Bedroom #1 is a suite with a queen size bed, smart tv, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 has 4 twin beds of which 2 are part of a bunk bed, perfect sleeping area for children.

The bonus room has a queen size bed and deck access. This room has a privacy wall with a privacy curtain (No door).

THINGS TO NOTE:
- To ensure compliance with local city and county regulations, every individual, regardless of age (including infants and children), is included in the total occupancy count. Reservations exceeding the maximum allowed occupancy for this property cannot be accepted.
-The home has 2 full bathrooms.
-1 queen size sleeper sofa is provided, in the living room
-Parking space for 3 vehicles is available in the driveway. Do not park in the yard or street.
-This home has a sloping driveway and will require 4WD or chains to access during winter months.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
-Bear Mountain is 1.2 miles away and a short 4-minute drive.

For a quiet retreat away from urban hustle and bustle, it doesn't get any better than Big Bear Lake. Immersed in nature, this little village provides all the best of lake life in the mountains of the San Bernardino National Forest. The recreational activities in this area, such as hiking, biking, skiing, and fishing, maintain Mother Nature as the premier attraction, although shopping, dining, and live entertainment can be enjoyed in The Village.

This location is also ideal for its close proximity to nearby Bear Mountain Ski Resort with thrilling ski runs in the winter and serviced mountain biking, the Scenic Sky Chair, and 9 holes of golf to enjoy during the offseason. The resort is just 10 minutes away with 26 lifts, 55 runs, and options for every experience level. Non-skiers can get their thrill with high-speed tubing down the slopes. Big Bear’s 3 snowtubing locations (Alpine Slide, Big Bear Snow Play, and Grizzly Ridge Tube Park) are equipped with moving walkways which carry you to the top of the tubing runs. These fun-filled locations feature year-round options as well with summer tubing, mountain coaster ride, ropes course, waterslides, and more.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. The City of Big Bear Lake requires in-person check-in with a valid ID and agreement of the Good Neighbor Policy from the person who made the reservation. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: This home can accommodate up to 2 licensed dogs. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your furry friend. We charge $35 per night per dog. They must be leashed outdoors and stay out of the neighbor’s yards. We supply bags for you to pick up your dog’s waste. Dogs may never be left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. You are responsible for all pet-related damage. Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and/or immediate eviction.

  1. HOUSE RULES: IMPORTANT - must read before booking!
  2. - ARRIVAL TIME: 4:00 PM
  3. - DEPARTURE TIME: 10:00 AM
  4. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the City of Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy and the property management’s rules before finalizing your reservation. The City of Big Bear Lake and Property Management can evict unruly guests who blatantly disregard the following rules without a refund. The minimum fine for violating the stated rules is $500 per violation and $1000 for the second and each additional violation. All guests at the time of booking acknowledge and agree to follow all house rules, neighborhood rules, and city laws and ordinances.
  5. - CHECK IN: The City of Big Bear Lake requires in-person check-in with a valid ID and a signed agreement of the Good Neighbor Policy from the person who made the reservation. This is not optional, and you can incur a minimum $500 fine from the City of Big Bear Lake if you ignore this step. Thank you for keeping us compliant with the rules. You will receive your access information at the time of check-in.
  6. - OCCUPANCY: Do not exceed maximum occupancy at any time during your stay. Children are counted in total occupancy. You may not have additional guests during the day. You must be 21 years old or older to book this property.
  7. - PARKING: Street and yard parking is NOT allowed, please park in the driveway (or garage). or you will be fined $500 for the first citation and $1000 for each subsequent violation. Your vehicle may be towed at your own expense. 4WD, AWD, and chains are required for travel during the winter months. You will need them to access the property during the winter months.
  8. - NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED
  9. - NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
  10. - NO UNAUTHORIZED PET: Unauthorized pets will result in a fine and immediate eviction.
  11. - NOISE CURFEW: This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors' privacy. The noise curfew is strictly enforced between 10 pm to 7 am, this includes spa usage. Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7.
  12. - TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance, as we do NOT refund for COVID, inclement weather, road closures, evacuations, power outages, bugs, pollen, etc.
  13. - WINTER INFO: During the winter months, Caltrans requires all vehicles to carry chains, including 4WD and AWD vehicles. You will need 4WD, AWD, or chains to access the property and parking areas. The driveway will be clear of snow for your arrival to the best of our ability. There are shovels to use for your departure should it snow during your stay. Firewood is not provided for homes with a wood burning fireplace, please verify if your home has a wood or gas fireplace as wood cannot be used on all fireplaces and may cause damage. Power outages can occur and are a risk when visiting Big Bear.
  14. - AIR CONDITIONING: Most mountain homes do NOT have air conditioning. Please inquire before you book if it’s important to you.
  15. - HIGH FIRE RISK: San Bernardino Mountains is a high-risk area. Fireworks, wood fire pits, improper disposal of cigarette butts, charcoal BBQs are prohibited. You will be fined and/or prosecuted.
  16. - WILDLIFE/MOUNTAIN LIFE: Bears, deer, donkeys, racoons, squirrels, mice, spiders, bats, flies, moths, ants, and other wildlife frequent this area so make sure to lock up the property and your vehicle. We utilize pest control services to control indoor pests as much as possible, but they exist in the mountains! We will not refund for wildlife in or near the home. Please keep doors closed to keep them from coming inside.
  17. - DAMAGE WAIVER: Your booking includes an Accidental Damage Waiver which covers you for anything seen as accidental. You will be charged for anything seen as neglectful or intentional. It is best to report all damage to us when it occurs so we may correct it for the next guest. Please be respectful of our home.
  18. - SECURITY/CAMERAS: This home has a security system, exterior cameras and/or noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure your safety. There are no interior cameras.
  19. - GUEST SATISFACTION: Grand Welcome inspects the property prior to your arrival. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can handle them when you are here to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. We will make every reasonable effort to efficiently make the repair. If we are alerted to issues after checking out, you will not be refunded so it is important to report them right away.

  21. - BE RESPONSIBLE: This cabin is privately owned. The homeowner and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur; damage to, or theft or loss of personal items (if found, shipping is at your expense, minimum of $25); wild or domestic animals in the area; and acts of nature.
