Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed. An extra roll-away bed can be found in the closet of this room.

- Home is equipped with a high chair and pack and play for little ones
- Cameras facing main entry way mounted on roof facing the front of home, ring camera facing from door to parking lot, and facing back of home to the mountain area.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking space for up to 4 vehicles is available in the driveway.
