Sink into the plush living room sofa while you catch up on episodes of your favorite show on the smart TV. An electric fireplace will keep you warm and toasty during the cooler nights, creating the right ambiance for a family movie night. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home, with ample cabinetry available for food storage. Gather together for formal meals at the dining room table with seating for 4 or hop up to the counter and enjoy afternoon appetizers on the high-top stools. In the mornings, enjoy your fresh cup of coffee out on the screened-in balcony, overlooking the peaceful views of the water as you plan out the day’s activities.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a, single vanity, and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV with a Super Nintendo for hours of gaming fun.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles.
• Fifth-floor unit accessible by one flight of stairs from ground-level parking. Please note: No elevator is available in the building.
• A mattress pad is provided for the pull-out sofa bed, ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience.
