Tahoe Donner is the perfect place for year-round vacation fun. Take advantage of the shared, rec center amenities that include tennis and basketball courts, a large swimming pool, hot tubs to soothe your tired muscles, and even a sauna! Enjoy skiing and snowboarding at world-class local mountains like Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Sugar Bowl, all within 14 miles of this home. During the summer, head out on the water at nearby Donner Lake, or make a day of it and drive 20 miles south to legendary Lake Tahoe. And downtown Truckee is only five miles away from where there are shops, galleries, and restaurants for every taste.

You'll enter from the 2nd floor where the main living area consists of the living room, kitchen, dining area, and balcony. The living room offers plenty of seating options around a flatscreen TV. Gather around with some hot chocolate and get some friendly competition going! Behind the couch, there is a workspace for those working from home.

In the well-equipped, full kitchen, you will find updated appliances including a gas range, drip coffee pot, toaster, and a variety of cooking utensils. The dining table has seating for 4 and there is additional seating for 4 by the kitchen island. There is a high chair provided if you are traveling as a family! In warmer months, fire up the gas BBQ grill and enjoy some fresh mountain air out on the deck while cooking up a feast for your group.

When it's time to call it a night, pick one of the 3 comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a King bed and a crib, perfect when you are traveling with infants. The en suite master bathroom has a tub, standing shower, and dual sinks. There is a half bathroom on the 2nd floor by the bedroom.

The remaining 2 bedrooms are located downstairs and each has a Queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is a washer and dryer available in the laundry room for those longer stays!

There are 2 garage parking spots. A 4x4 is recommended during the winter season, while chains are required in all vehicles.

This property includes 2 guest passes that allow guests to access the Tahoe Donner Association, which offers communal swimming pools, hot tubs, and a sauna; a private beach (summers only), tennis courts, golf course, archery center, mountain bike center, equestrian center, Nordic skiing, downhill ski resort, sledding area, and recreation center with indoor gym and workout equipment. Amenities vary by season and rates are set by Tahoe Donner Association (not included in your reservation). Each pass accommodates up to 4 people for entry. Children 6 and under are free.
