Stayed in late September for a weekend. Overall place was nice, in a peaceful neighborhood. Clean kitchen and bathrooms, linens were clean and spacious bedrooms. The hot tub was a nice touch. Location was as pretty accessible to the main areas, just a quick 10-15 minute drive. Ran into a small hiccup with the lock when checking in. The property management was outsourced to another country, they provided an alternate code that worked. Also, the front door wouldn’t lock when leaving, so you may need to run out the garage door while it’s closing to leave. Overall good stay, would recommend staying at.

The house was location in a safe and nice neighborhood, reasonable distance to things. It’s advertised as having a hot tub, which was one of the main reasons we booked this home for our getaway. While there is a hot tub, it’s very small. The house easily accommodates 6 adults, however you can hardly fit 4 people in the hot tub. The jets also don’t work. They barely blow anything out. So you basically have a bathtub outside. Really disappointed in that. I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. The pillows in the house are awful. They are so incredibly thin, and I don’t consider myself hard to please with a pillow. Especially when I’m tired. There was a clump of hair in the floor in the master bedroom. Looked like someone cleaned out a brush and it was left on the floor. Otherwise the home was nice.

Overall nice place. The shower in the primary bedroom had hair on the walls which made the bathroom feel a bit unclean but otherwise the house felt well taken care of and it worked well for our needs. Would stay here again as it was conveniently located and pet friendly.

This was a great place, perfect for a short or longer stay. Very cute and nice house. The host replied quickly if we contacted them, which wasn’t often because they made everything easy. Limited amount of green space for a pet or small child, but it is enough, and typical for Bend. There are parks and spaces to walk nearby. Highly recommend this place!

Clean place. Not the most comfortable bed/linens but that could be just a personal preference. The keyless locking mechanism stopped working on the front door. Although it eventually got addressed with a workaround, we had to wait (and put our evening on hold) until they figured it out. I thought a discount would’ve been offered for the inconvenience but since everything managed via 3rd party, there wasn’t the direct customer service one would expect for the amount we paid

Overall, we had a good stay. The location and neighborhood were great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.That said, the home felt a bit thrown together in terms of decor and could benefit from some updates and improved lighting, as it was quite dark inside. Cleanliness could also be improved a bit, and the cookware provided was fairly minimal.

Light out in the master bathroom also the shower handle was in need of repair. Very hard to get water temp correct as the handle rotated 360 degrees when it should not. Other than the above it was a decent house.

Nice place; great location! Comfortable beds, well-furnished kitchen (with lots of Pampered Chef items!) We used the hot tub in the evening to relax from the adventures of the day. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little house in Bend. I liked that the primary bedroom had a door leading to the backyard. This was perfect for my puppy in the middle of the night. The location was great! There’s a little bit of Hwy noise when you’re sitting on the deck. It was a short drive to downtown. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because I don’t think the kitchen is stocked well enough. I wanted to make breakfast in the mornings for my family and there wasn’t enough pans to cook with.

We had a lovely long weekend at the house! We enjoyed the hot tub after our ski day, and the sleeping spaces were perfect for our family of four. Each teenager had their own space. While it isn't in the heart of down town, there were plenty of great places to eat and shop that were just minutes away. Great trails to take the dog. Most importantly, the team at Grand Welcome Bend was so responsive when we had a booking snafu. We will come back to the house next time we stay in Bend.

Well maintained, clean house. Had a great time with friends during Thanksgiving. Great location with shopping and groceries less than a mile away. We were 6 adults and 3 dogs - all of us had a great time! There’s a park close by where we could walk our dogs. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Kitchen could be better stocked - we felt there weren’t enough pots and pans for 6 of us. Other than that, highly recommend this Airbnb!

The house was great for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nice for the kids with the TV's. The living room was nice and roomy for everybody. The hot tub was great, but it was a little cloudy and not real clean smelling. Overall this was a great home with plenty of space and close to everything.

Family enjoyed a couple of nights away after school was out, before the hectic holiday season in honor of our 20th Anniversary . We enjoyed our separate areas while also having a large enough couch in the common room for all 4 of us to gather. The hot tub and TVs in the teen's room were a hit! So you basically have a bathtub outside. Really disappointed in that. I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. The pillows in the house are awful. They are so incredibly thin, and I don’t consider myself hard to please with a pillow. Especially when I’m tired. There was a clump of hair in the floor in the master bedroom. Looked like someone cleaned out a brush and it was left on the floor. Otherwise the home was nice.

Overall nice place. The shower in the primary bedroom had hair on the walls which made the bathroom feel a bit unclean but otherwise the house felt well taken care of and it worked well for our needs. Would stay here again as it was conveniently located and pet friendly.

This was a great place, perfect for a short or longer stay. Very cute and nice house. The host replied quickly if we contacted them, which wasn’t often because they made everything easy. Limited amount of green space for a pet or small child, but it is enough, and typical for Bend. There are parks and spaces to walk nearby. Highly recommend this place!

It was a lovely space, and just right for our family of 6! We were so grateful to find this available just a week before our stay when we realized we needed a larger space than what we had previously booked. The Haley House was just perfect!

This was a great spot for a birthday getaway with friends. The beds were very comfy and the hot tub was really nice. The pillows could be replaced, but otherwise we felt everything was great and it was really conveniently located!

Clean place. Not the most comfortable bed/linens but that could be just a personal preference. The keyless locking mechanism stopped working on the front door. Although it eventually got addressed with a workaround, we had to wait (and put our evening on hold) until they figured it out. I thought a discount would’ve been offered for the inconvenience but since everything managed via 3rd party, there wasn’t the direct customer service one would expect for the amount we paid

Overall, we had a good stay. The location and neighborhood were great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace.That said, the home felt a bit thrown together in terms of decor and could benefit from some updates and improved lighting, as it was quite dark inside. Cleanliness could also be improved a bit, and the cookware provided was fairly minimal.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to where we needed to be. Many stores and gas stations near by. The house was immaculately maintained and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The primary bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub!

Light out in the master bathroom also the shower handle was in need of repair. Very hard to get water temp correct as the handle rotated 360 degrees when it should not. Other than the above it was a decent house.

Nice place; great location! Comfortable beds, well-furnished kitchen (with lots of Pampered Chef items!) We used the hot tub in the evening to relax from the adventures of the day. Easy to find, close to the Old Mill area where we enjoyed some great meals and nice walks. Check-in and out were simple. We had a great stay. Thank you!

The house is great and in a good location - it’s clean, plenty of space, nice back porch/hot tub area. The only downside is the booking process felt quite invasive - multiple forms to complete, documents to sign - quite annoying. I’m glad the house turned out great, but reduced the stars because of the booking process.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little house in Bend. I liked that the primary bedroom had a door leading to the backyard. This was perfect for my puppy in the middle of the night. The location was great! There’s a little bit of Hwy noise when you’re sitting on the deck. It was a short drive to downtown. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because I don’t think the kitchen is stocked well enough. I wanted to make breakfast in the mornings for my family and there wasn’t enough pans to cook with.

We loved this house! It has all the amenities you could need and everything is in excellent working order. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, not far from shopping and other activities. What we really appreciated is how clean it is. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely come back!

We had a lovely long weekend at the house! We enjoyed the hot tub after our ski day, and the sleeping spaces were perfect for our family of four. Each teenager had their own space. While it isn't in the heart of down town, there were plenty of great places to eat and shop that were just minutes away. Great trails to take the dog. Most importantly, the team at Grand Welcome Bend was so responsive when we had a booking snafu. We will come back to the house next time we stay in Bend.

Well maintained, clean house. Had a great time with friends during Thanksgiving. Great location with shopping and groceries less than a mile away. We were 6 adults and 3 dogs - all of us had a great time! There’s a park close by where we could walk our dogs. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Kitchen could be better stocked - we felt there weren’t enough pots and pans for 6 of us. Other than that, highly recommend this Airbnb!

The house was great for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were nice for the kids with the TV's. The living room was nice and roomy for everybody. The hot tub was great, but it was a little cloudy and not real clean smelling. Overall this was a great home with plenty of space and close to everything.

The Haley house is a really comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood within quick access to downtown Bend. It has everything you need inside and the back patio/yard was really enjoyable. Would be good for summer or winter stay.

Family enjoyed a couple of nights away after school was out, before the hectic holiday season in honor of our 20th Anniversary . We enjoyed our separate areas while also having a large enough couch in the common room for all 4 of us to gather. The hot tub and TVs in the teen's room were a hit! Thank you for the cleanliness and space! We would have enjoyed some family games stocked, but did just fine without.
