- This home is near Bend Golf Club. This is a private course. They do allow for cross club/member play, but guests should reach out to the club for eligibility. There are numerous public courses in Bend and the area.
- This minimum stay for this home is 30+ nights.

Since this home does require a minimum of 30-days per stay, it is perfect for contract or remote work. You're not required to book monthly or by the month. Choose your 30 days! Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
