As you step through the front door, you're welcomed into a cozy den, where a plush armchair and comfortable sofa offer the perfect spot to unwind with a good book, catch up on emails, or simply enjoy a quiet moment. Just beyond, a charming formal dining area seats four—ideal for lingering over meals or sharing stories with loved ones. The adjacent kitchen is a home cook’s dream, featuring honey oak cabinets, ample counter space, and all the appliances and cookware you’ll need to prepare your favorite dishes. Start your morning at the bistro-style table for two, or wind down the evening with a home-cooked meal and great conversation.

But the real magic happens outdoors—step onto the deck, where a grill and outdoor dining table invite you to savor al fresco meals while soaking in the fresh mountain air. The spacious backyard is ideal for a little stargazing or a lazy afternoon, while the front porch with seating for four offers a sunny spot to sip local coffee and plan your day. Head back inside toward the living room as the evening comes to an end. With plush seating, a crackling fireplace, a Smart TV, and a selection of board games wait in the corner, promising laughter-filled evenings. Whether you're here to hike, ski, shop, or just relax, Rock Bluff Retreat offers a comfortable and convenient base for your Bend getaway.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.
• Garage and driveway parking for 4 vehicles available, as well as additional street parking.
• This home is pet friendly. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35, per pet, per night maximum 2 dog less than 65 lbs. The fee is not included in your final booking cost. Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.

General Guidelines
• Dogs only – Only well-behaved, house-trained dogs are allowed. No cats or other pets.
• Pet limit – A maximum of [2] dogs per stay.
• Size & breed restrictions – Dogs over [65] lbs or certain breeds may require prior approval.
• Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35, per pet, per night that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

Behavior & Supervision
• Do not leave pets unattended – Dogs should not be left alone inside the home or in the yard.
• Furniture & bedding – Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

Cleanliness & Waste Management
• Pick up after your pet – All waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin. Dog waste stations are also available at local trails and parks.
• Wipe paws before entering – Bend's trails and outdoor areas can be muddy or dusty.
• No bathing pets indoors – If your dog needs a rinse after an adventure, please use the outdoor hose or visit a nearby self-serve dog wash.

Outdoor Areas & Safety
• Leash policy – Pets must be on a leash when outside, unless in a designated off-leash area.
• Keep pets off landscaping – Please do not allow dogs to dig in the yard or disturb native plants.
• Wildlife awareness – Bend is home to deer, squirrels, and other wildlife. Keep dogs under control to prevent disturbances or unsafe encounters.

Damage & Liability
• Guest responsibility – Any damage caused by pets (scratches, chewing, accidents, etc.) will be the guest’s responsibility. A pet fee or additional cleaning fee may apply.
• Liability – Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s actions, including interactions with other guests, neighbors, or animals.
• By bringing a pet, you agree to follow these rules to ensure a fun and comfortable stay for everyone.

- Always observe quiet hours between 10 PM – 7 AM and be respectful to neighbors
- Please notify the host of any damages during your stay
