Located in Casa La Playa, in addition to its desirable proximity to the ocean, this private, family-friendly community also offers its own communal pool for when you want to cool off a little closer to home. You’re also just a short walk from Cinnamon Shore where you’ll find shops and delicious restaurants.

Inside the spacious home, you’ll find sunny, naturally lit spaces artfully decorated to keep the seaside vibe alive. Calming neutral tones are accented with splashes of bold color, with cozy furnishings filling out every room. On the first level, the open concept floorplan organically blends one living space to the next to create a conversational atmosphere where everyone can be included. The plush living room sofa can accommodate a crowd, surrounding a large mounted smart TV inviting you to an evening of entertainment and relaxation. Steps away, the modern dining table with bench seating for 8 can host formal family meals as well as an exciting game night. Overflow barstool seating for 4 can be found at the kitchen counter, a perfect spot for a quick bite before heading out for a day on the water. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your stay, featuring dreamy granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The meal planners in your group will be delighted at all the possibilities that can be had here whether you choose to cook at home or bring in takeout. Available upon request is the in-home interior elevator, making navigating all three stories of the home a breeze!

When you’re drawn back to the outdoors, the home includes a covered patio and balcony overlooking the shared pool, both filled with abundant seating options for lounging and dining alike.

This home sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms including a bunkroom, roll away bed and couch space.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, direct balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and large walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 4 twin size beds in bunk format, one trundle and direct second floor balcony access.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed as well as direct balcony access.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, direct balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and large walk-in shower.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo, as well as a half bathroom.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway, street, and garage parking available for up to 4 vehicles. If parking outside of the driveway, guests are asked to park in the spaces along El Cortez.
• Elevator available for guests upon special request only.
• Home is equipped with exterior cameras pointed outward at the front and back door entries only.
