Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing at the nearby Palmilla Beach Golf Club, pairing challenging holes with magnificent views. When you’re ready for some down time or just a break in the shade, the home has comfort fully covered. A vibrant red sofa blends form and function where you can gather a group together to stream a movie or your favorite shows on the smart TV. The dining room and kitchen combine to create the perfect spaces for meal prep and enjoyment, where everyone can join in. The formal dining table seats 8 while additional space at the counter is available for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and a suite of cookware and dinnerware. While Port Aransas is stacked with enough restaurants to suit any palate, cooking at home becomes an easy option for those nights you want to stay in. Need a little space from the group? A separate living area with sofa, futon, and mounted smart TV provides a quiet place to read a book, take an afternoon nap, or for the kids to watch their own movies or shows.

With a destination like this one, we know you’ll be wanting to spend the majority of your time outdoors. From private balconies with Adirondack seating to a ground level picnic table for lunchtime outings, the home offers a number of spots to take in the cool ocean air whenever you’d like.

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms, a full size sofa sleeper, and a full size futon.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Up to 2 pets under 50 lbs are allowed for an additional fee. Pet fees are not included in the rate. Pet fees are $60 for 2 nights with increasing fees for longer stays. Guests are required to clean up after their pets and keep them on a leash or additional cleaning fees may be incurred.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking available for up to 3 vehicles – 1 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Additional parking on the street.
Parking passes are required and are located on hooks in the kitchen. Please return the parking passes after use or there will be an extra charge to replace lost or misplaced passes.
