Welcome to Edradour Estates, a 6-bedroom, 14-person home perched between 2 seasonal canals (open April thru October) and offering an immersion into nature that you’ll remember for a lifetime. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the water rushing by from the shaded deck, patio, or swing as you dine on a meal al fresco or enjoy the quiet morning hours with a fresh cup of coffee. The cozy outdoor firepit overlooking the canal is the perfect spot for casual conversation and toasty treats under the stars as you sip on a refreshing cocktail and swap stories from the day’s adventures. The park just adjacent to the home offers a play area for the littles in your group, a spacious grassy field where your furry friends can stretch their paws, and a walking trail for leisurely afternoon strolls. Feeling hungry? 10 Barrel Brewing is just a 5-minute walk from the home, a vibrant brewpub offering a wide range of microbrews and American dining.

When you’re ready to see more of what Bend has to offer, you’ll be within just 3 miles to downtown and the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. The Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 35-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination from snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno-Park is 30 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and walking trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 20 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.

The inside of the home is just as action-packed as the outdoors, curated with desirable amenities that offer the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. Soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop open spaces filled with an abundance of natural light and furnished with contemporary elements. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating, floor-to-ceiling windows, a smart TV, and even a vinyl record player for putting on some tunes while you prep dinner. The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for the convenience of preparing meals at home. Dine together at the formal table with seating for up to 10 or grab a high-stop stool for 4 at the counter for more quick and casual bites. But we’re not done yet! Take entertainment to a whole new level in the showstopper theater room offering movie-style recliner seating, an 85” smart TV display, kitchenette, sofa, and card table.

This home comfortably sleeps 14 guests between 6 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2 with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 king size beds, smart TV, kitchenette, backyard access, and Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #1 with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes 3 additional full guest bathrooms, 2 with a single vanity and walk-in shower and 1 with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• There are 2 tri-fold sleeping pads available for small children.
• Driveway parking available for 6 vehicles.
• No access to the garage
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 50 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera, located on the garage actively monitoring the parking lot.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube.
