The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo, plus a half-bathroom.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 2 parking spaces are provided in the driveway. 1 additional car can park in the adjacent dirt lot. Garage is not available for use by guest.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- 2 bikes are provided for guest use.
- The home is equipped with a front door camera facing the entry way for security purposes.
