The cozy living room provides plush sofa and armchair seating perfect for catching up on a good book or surfing the channels on the mounted TV. You may not even mind preparing homecooked meals on vacation in the fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy granite counters, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Dine together at the chic table with seating for 6, with overflow seating steps away at the counter for 4. Take your fresh cup of morning coffee or enjoy meals al fresco seated on the home’s shaded balcony, with serene views of the creek and footbridge.

This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes a twin-over-full bunkbed, along with a freestanding twin bed and a TV.

The home also include an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Guests will have private beach access.
• This is a second-floor condo with NO elevators.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles – 1 assigned and 1 first come, first served. Passes are required and will be provided upon entry into the community.
• Guests can enjoy the convenience of driving our golf cart directly to the beach access point. It's a quick and fun way to reach the sandy shores and enjoy your beach day!
