Close by, the Village of Baytowne Wharf offers a diverse collection of specialty stores, award-winning restaurants, eclectic art galleries, exciting nightlife, and a jam-packed calendar of fun festivals and events. A convenient 6-person golf cart is included for you at the home, making trips to and from your desired destination a literal breeze. Heading inside, you’ll first be greeted by the spacious screened-in porch, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while you plan out the day’s adventures. Step through the front door and into serene surroundings complimented by soothing earth tones and comfortable furnishings. Sink into plush living room sofas as you flip through the channels or tune into a movie on the TV. Steps away, the dining room table with seating for 8 can host formal meals as well as set the stage for a fun-filled family game night. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious homecooked meals at your leisure, accented by stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles. Passes are required and will be provided upon entry into the community.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is any evidence found of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- Golf Cart Access to the Beach: Guests can enjoy the convenience of driving our golf cart directly to the beach access point. It's a quick and fun way to reach the sandy shores and enjoy your beach day!
- From Memorial Day to Labor Day in 2025, we have a Saturday to Saturday booking requirement. This means all reservations must check in on a Saturday and check out on the following Saturday.
