The home also includes 2 additional bathrooms – 1 full bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo, and 1 half bathroom with pedestal sink.

Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 pets, no large dogs allowed. There will be an additional pet fee of $200.

Since the garage parking is shared with the other unit, large vehicles must park on the street. Smaller vehicles only for the 1 garage parking spot per unit.

Just a short drive away from a fun-filled day of surf and sand. Newport Center is 1.5 miles away, offering an abundance of dining and shopping. Break out the clubs and practice your swing at one of the many local golf courses. The family-friendly Balboa Pier is a great place to stretch your legs or break out a fishing pole or two.

If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Flat Pet Fee of $200 will be applied after the booking is complete.
