The living area is outfitted with a large comfortable sectional couch, a Smart TV (no cable), pool table, a fireplace, and lots of large windows that showcase the ocean views. Get some friendly competition going around a round of billiards or soak in the SoCal beach views. Just like most homes by the ocean, this home does not have AC but provides the ocean breeze!

The thoroughly modern kitchen has a drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and of course the ocean views. A 3-stool high top breakfast bar makes it easy to cheer on the cook as they prepare their culinary delights.

The patio is perfect all year round in sunny California with a gas BBQ grill, and lounge chairs. Spend your Summer nights outside the warm California nights with a glass of wine! Sometimes, you can get lucky and see the whales swimming nearby!

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and full en suite bath with glass doors for the shower/tub area. All beds and baths are furnished with clean quality linens for your ultimate comfort. Centrally located within easy access to all of the Orange County must-sees like the Newport Pier, Balboa Pier, or Disneyland, you can go sightseeing by day, or enjoy all sorts of water sports on the ocean. Spend your day lying on the sand, going surfing, sailing, cycling/skating around, hiking, playing volleyball and many other things too like shopping and exploring this beautiful coastal area. From fine dining at Nobu to tons of oceanfront restaurants, this home is just a mile away from "downtown" of Newport!

This is the lower unit of the house featuring 3 bedrooms. This home has 1 parking space in the garage; all other parking is street parking. There is a laundry in the garage that is shared by both the lower and upper units.
