Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, TV, and a Jack & Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #3 with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a 2 vanities and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom.

• Parking available for 4 vehicles. There is 1 small space for a compact car or golf cart next to the ground floor entry and overflow, with parking for additional vehicles on the street.
