Pack up your beach bag and head out for a day of sun and sand at the Corona Del Mar State Beach Park. Spend a day at home grilling and lounging on the back patio with a few cocktails. Newly remodeled with updated furnishings and décor, you’ll fall in love with the bright and airy interior of the home, modernized yet retaining charming original accents. Two living spaces provide independent experiences whether you’re seeking a quiet space for hours of reading or an entertainment hub for a group movie night. Gas fireplaces keep things cozy during cooler nights or months when you need to take the chill off. Step up into the dining room with a tasteful table and chairs for 6, perfect for taking meals together while catching up on the day’s activities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, dining ware, and dual drip and espresso coffee maker. A sunny breakfast nook surrounded by natural light is a welcome space for your morning coffee as well as a quick lunch.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.

The home also includes a half bathroom and a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Pet friendly! Maximum of 2 pets, no large dogs allowed. An additional flat fee of $250 will be included upon booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and clean up after your pet.
Washer and dryer in home.
Driveway parking is available for 1 vehicle. Additional parking on the street as needed.

Utilities are paid by owner - Guests are responsible for electric bill anything over $150.

Located less than a mile from the Corona del Mar State Beach Park, Charming Cottage Retreat is just a short drive away from a fun-filled day of surf and sand. Newport Center is 1.5 miles away, offering an abundance of dining and shopping. Break out the clubs and practice your swing at one of the many local golf courses. The family-friendly Balboa Pier is a great place to stretch your legs or break out a fishing pole or two.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
