Dining and shopping are just a stone’s throw away from your front door, and you can opt to explore on foot or via the optional golf cart. Downtown Corpus Christi is just 20 miles inland, with even more options for food and drink as well as an aquarium, waterpark, several parks, museums and, of course, even more beaches! Boasting 2 furnished balconies, this 3-story townhome offers ample space to unwind outdoors as well. Overlooking the pool, you can keep an eye on the kiddos while enjoying the shade and a cool beverage, steps away from the air-conditioned interior. When you’re ready to head inside, the breezy living room invites you to kick up your feet on the plush sofa and loveseat while streaming a new movie on the smart TV. Follow the cool tile flooring to the kitchen, fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, drip and single serve coffee maker, and all the cookware and dining ware the chef among you needs to prepare delicious meals right at home. Serve up afternoon appetizers at the extended counter space where high-top seating for 4 make for quick and easy dining. A more formal dining table can seat 6, perfect for family gatherings and sharing exciting stories and experiences from the day.

Bedroom #1 functions as its own enclosed apartment with a private exterior entrance and includes a kitchenette, queen size bed, patio access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin-over-full bunk beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, deck access, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

The home also includes a half bathroom.
